Refund policy
1. Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the nature of our products being personal care items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This is to maintain hygiene standards and product quality for all our customers.
2. Exchange Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, we may consider exchanges for unused products with original packaging and seal intact, accompanied by a valid bill. Please note that this is subject to approval. For any exchange requests, send an email to support@laviere.in and the team will help you out.
3. Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:
Currently, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for any exceptions requiring product exchange.
4. Refund Process:
We want to ensure a smooth exchange process. In the rare case where we accept your request, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase price (minus any shipping costs) within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. This credit can be used towards any future purchase with us!
5. Handling Return Requests:
While we encourage contacting us with any concerns you might have, please note that due to our standard policy of not accepting returns for hygiene reasons, the process for handling return requests is currently not applicable.
